Half-board at the hotel's award-winning Polo Lounge unveiled a menu where classic meets innovation. Opting for the pan-fried sea bass with fennel and orange was a decision I didn't regret. The refined flavors danced on my palate, showcasing culinary finesse.Immersing myself in the ambiance akin to an Austrian aristocrat, the restaurant exuded sophistication. The meticulous attention to detail in each dish at Polo Lounge is a testament to the chef's dedication to culinary excellence. The two-course offering allowed me to savor multiple culinary delights while feeling like royalty. The central location added convenience, and nearby dining options like Cafe Costa and Johanneskeller created a diverse culinary tapestry for exploration.
